Negroni Sbagliato

Food Hall's cocktail recipe using campari, gin and prosecco for a Negroni Sbagliato. A translation literally meaning "wrong negroni", so-called as the first one was made by a bartender in error when he reached for prosecco instead of gin when making a negroni. A Negroni Sbagliato traditionally leaves out the gin but we have thrown it in alongside for good measure. We end up with a less hardcore version of a negroni but a longer and more refreshing version.
